Tea from different batches may vary in flavour due to harvest season, roasting, storage or brewing methods. Once an order has reached the packing stage, been handed over for delivery, or been prepared for store collection, whether changes are possible will depend on its processing status.

If you select store collection, please follow the collection location and instructions stated in your order notification.

Discounts, promotional codes, festive gift sets and other offers are subject to the validity periods, eligible products and conditions published on the relevant promotion page.

Where customised gift sets, corporate purchases or other special orders involve separate quotations and production arrangements, the details confirmed by both parties will apply. Any cancellation, return or exchange conditions must not exclude consumer rights granted under applicable law.
